This is the Tasha Yar - Alternate, a rare Federation Personnel card from the Star Trek The Next Generation Alternate Universe gaming cards produced by Decipher, Inc!  Mint!  Rare!  This was the first expansion set, which continued the game and has cards from the many alternate reality scenarios from "Star Trek: The Next Generation." 

 

 

This is a great card for fans of Denise Crosby (Tasha Yar, Sela)!
